2. Wash your face two times a day by using a mild soap. It can be better yet if you can buy sulfur-based soap especially for acne. If your skin is too oily, use a soap with benzoyl peroxide. Do not use rough sponges, brushes, or anything similar on the face. You mustn’t, however, over-wash your face because doing so will in fact excite your oil glands to make more sebum that may cause you to have more acne.

7. You will want to keep your face clean. You should not rest your chin on your hands or constantly touch your face. Regularly shampoo your hair and keep it off your face, specially when you fall asleep.

 

8. Exercise moderately because it works well for circulation and eliminataion of toxins.

 

9. Stay stress-free. Numerous studies have shown that stress not merely worsens acne flare-up, in addition, it worsens the overall skin condition. Speak to friends and family, enjoy your chosen music, or go on a walk-in-the-park. There are numerous things you can do to get stree free.
