How are homeopathic remedies prescribed?
I’ve heard many supporters of homeopathy stating that it treats the cause of the disease. In fact, I’ve heard this used in a deragatory fashion towards modern medicine when enthusists claim that modern doctors only treat symptoms.
If homeopathy actually treats the cause of illness, then why are the remedies prescribed bases solely on symptoms?
dart: First of all, red blood cells are not immune system cells. Second, the mechanism you describe sounds very similar to the mechanism of imunity by using vaccinations. Please research your response rather than regurgitating some vague assumptions about homeopathy and insulting doctors. You’re obviously way more lost than I am.
They prescribe them strictly by symptoms. I’ve also found it funny that they insult real doctors who actually treat the causes of diseases (you know, kill bacteria, kill cancer, vaccinate, etc), while forgetting that their magic potions are given solely on the basis of symptoms.
